1. Our Privacy Policy
1. LogoPro conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998 in relation to
the storage and use of information. Customer information received by
LogoPro will be used only for the purposes described in our website.
In particular, we do not pass on customer data to third parties.
2. We will not keep data for any longer than is necessary and ensure
that as and when data is no longer needed it is deleted from our records.
2. Copyright and intellectual property rights
1. All logo designs and images provided on this web site are the copyright
of LogoPro and its clients and may not be reproduced in any form without
the express permission of LogoPro and its clients.
2. All rights reserved.
3. All rough designs, concepts and other images produced by LogoPro
during the design process remain the ownership of LogoPro and may not
be used in any way without permission.
4. Design concepts may be purchased from LogoPro by negotiation. If
not purchased LogoPro reserve the right to offer those designs to other
clients.
5. On completion of the contract, 'final handover' the copyright and
ownership of the logo is handed over to the client. LogoPro reserves
the right to reproduce all logos designed by us in our promotional activities.
6. Clients will be responsible for trademark/copyright of their logo.
The client will not hold LogoPro responsible for any copyright infringement
that occurs after design of the logo in the case the company name is
in use. It is the client's responsibility to research its company name
to ensure that the name is not already in use or protected by copyright
or trademark laws. Refunds will not be made in the case of possible
copyright infringement.
3. Alterations, amendments or changes to the design, after
final acceptance can be made for an additional fee of £50.00
per hour, minimum 1 hour.
4. The final designs will be delivered to the client in the
manner described in the section on our various packages. Additional
files can be posted on CD or e-mailed if required. Please contact us by
email for price details.
5. Once the client has given final approval on a design, all liabilities
for errors, changes, or alterations become the responsibility of the client.
LogoPro will not be liable for any reprint costs or damages of any kind
resulting from any errors. Charges for alterations or changes made after
client approval will be made at the discretion of LogoPro and the client
shall be liable for any charges imposed. It is the client's responsibility
to check all spelling.
6. All sensitive information is transmitted to us by Secure Server click
on SECPAY logo for further information.
7. Online payment by credit / debit card is preferred. For payment by
phone please contact our accounts department 0871 250 1060 [calls cost
10p per minute]
8. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering. LogoPro
reserves the right to retain the full fee once the job has begun and design
concepts have been emailed to the client. Our guarantee offers a scale
of refunds as defined in the 'Guarantee' section on this site.
9. LogoPro accepts orders from any country in the world. All payments
will be made in UK Pounds Sterling. All card details are completely secure.
10. Normal delivery times; We will always endeavour to offer the service
advertised on this site and hope to better the service offered, but it
will be clear the final delivery time for each stage of the design job
will depend on the client's speedy responses to our designs.
11. LogoPro is an ONLINE DESIGN SERVICE all communication regarding
the design process will be via the convenience of Email. We do not wish
to waste your valuable time in meetings or endless phone calls; our service
is fast and inexpensive because we have cut out any time wasting processes.
Design work handled other than via this Internet site will be charged
at £50.00 per hour.

12. You must be over 18 years of age to order from LogoPro. By
clicking submit on our order form/brief you certify that you are at least
18 years of age.
13. By clicking submit on our order form/brief you certify that
you accept all these terms and conditions.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected.
