Kingsbury Town Football Club Wanted A New Logo Design To Promote Their Function Hall, No Footballs Please!

football club logo design

15th September 2008

Kingsbury Town Football Club decided to use an online logo design agency to design a logo for their club house.  They chose our business class logo design package when they came to us in August.  The new logo was specifically needed for promoting the clubs function hall, so they did not want any reference to football players, footballs or nets.  Out of all the concepts offered by our logo designers, they chose a design using a crown. Simple but effective, there is the association with king as in Kingsbury Town, king as in ‘king of the castle’ or ‘top of the heap’, also a crown as in a party hat.  We tried many colour combinations on the concepts sent, but in the end it was obvious the colours chosen should be the colours of the team strip, black and orange.

We would be please to receive any comments on this new logo design by LogoPro via our news blog or via our contact us page.

They chose a fun, quirky design then, a design we have proudly displayed in our portfolio for the last 3 years. Yellowstone director felt now was the time for a change, she asked our logo designers to create a bold, simple statement for their new company logo design. After A New Logo And New Stationery Designed And Printed By LogoPro, The Branding Warehouse Have Come Back Us To Re-Design Their Exisiting Web Site

online logo design and web design by logopro

21st August 2008

The Branding Warehouse came to LogoPro in May 2007 for a new logo design, stationery design and print. They were so happy with the results they came back to us a year later asking us to redesign their web site. They sell personalised promotional products of every shape and size, any of which can be embossed, engraved, printed or embroidered with a clients logo. Apparently ‘The most cost-effective proven marketing tool in history is the business gift!’ The Branding Warehouse web site looked drab with acres of text, all that has changed, they will have a striking web site to go with their strong new logo design. The web site will be fast to load and easy to navigate, so important if you want to keep a potential customers interest.

Online logo design and web design gives people a choice they have never had before. LogoPro is continually proving that lengthy face to face meetings with costly, conventional design agencies is unnecessary, that choosing to buy a logo design online, using professional logo designers can be a rewarding experience.

Unveiling of New Logo Design For Belfast City In Ireland, To Bring A New Optimistic Feel With Echos From It’s Troubled Past

7th July 2008

Belfast, looking for a new identity, has just unveiled a logo design to promote a city in the process of regeneration. Looking to escape it’s troubled history, the image chosen is a purple heart with hundreds of smaller hearts in it’s wake. Interestingly a Purple Heart is a military decoration for soldiers wounded or killed in the US military. The new branding does give a feeling of light heartedness although the colour purple, or aubergine, does add a certain solemnity to the look. London based designers, Lloyd Northover, wanted to convey a city of character with a population of warm and friendly people - ‘a city wearing it’s heart on it’s sleeve’.

Online Logo Design Is Our Speciality But We Have Many Other Services To Offer Including A High Speed, High Quality Redraw Service That Can Provide You With Your Existing Logo Design As A High Resolution Vector Image Within 2 Working Days

4th July 2008

We recently helped a company in a fix. They came to LogoPro to ask if we could help turn a low resolution image of their logo design into a high resolution artwork so they could use it on a large sign. We were happy to help with this simple but highly skilled work. Our logo designer took their existing image and, working in CorelDraw faithfully reproduced it in a vector format, which a scaleable. Within a very short space of time our client was happy with an array of files including one he could use to produce a display stand with his logo design standing proud at 2 x 3 metres.

It is one of the advantages of coming to an online logo design company. The whole process took just a few days from initial enquiry to finished files in both RGB and CMYK colour specifications.

If you need any help with your existing logo design, do contact us here, via email or telephone. We would be very happy to help.

16th June 2008

A small company offering bespoke high quality video production came to LogoPro in May. The design brief asked for a logo design that was ’simple and clean, modern but classic’ with a special request for ‘no cheesy clip arty looking cameras or camera operators’. Our logo designer particularly enjoyed working on this concept and seemed to click with the client and their requirements. Even though our service is an online logo design service, it is still possible to build up a real rapport with clients via email and sometimes telephone conversations. We are currently working on their stationery designs, then who knows …

Search Engines, Unheard Of 20 Years Ago, Now Dominate All Our Lives Whether You Are Looking To Buy Or Sell. 75% Of Hits To Our Web Site Come From The Google Search Engine When Searching The Phrase ‘logo design’

29th May 2008

As an online logo design company, we depend on search engines for our bread and butter. Because this is a matter close to all our hearts we spend many hours working on promoting the logopro.co.uk web site. Logo design and logo designer are search phrases that are highly competitive, check for yourself, search ‘logo design’ on google and you will have nearly 30 million sites all competing for a top position for that search term. To give this some perspective, check the term ‘estate agent’, that will generate just over 2 million.

Part of assessing our performance is to look at the statistics on our google analytics reports. It is always dishearting to see what a hold google search has over the web browsing public. We generally get in the region of 1500 hits a month, of that total at least 75% will have come from google, yahoo comes a poor second and the other seach engines hardly get a look in!

If You Are Looking For A Career In Graphic Design Don’t Be Put Off With Helpful Comments Like ‘You Would Have To Be Exceptional To Make Any Money Out Of It’ Or ‘Train In A Proper Job And Do Graphic Design In Your Spare Time’. Graphic Design Is Work, Like Any Other Profession, It Is Also Rewarding Both Materially And Emotionally

28th May 2008

Being in a creative profession, graphic designers can become bogged down by the 9 to 5 routine, a time frame more suited to less emotional occupations. The image of tortured artist only really applies to fine artists but there are times when we are presented with a brief that presents a great white blank canvas in the mind. At times like these what is required is hard work to try and understand the product or business, coming at it from different angles to get a new view. Inevitably there will be something that ignites a spark of an idea or ideas. From that first moment of anguish to the excitement of bringing to light a concept that will inspire the client and their customers is what makes the art of logo design a career that is both exhilarating and rewarding.

In short, the art of creating a good logo design is not something that happens in a moment - it is a process.

If You Need A Revamp Of Your Existing Logo Design, Don’t Underestimate The Time, Effort And Imagination Required To Give Your New Logo A Fresh Look That Will Be Mememorable And Have Impact

7th May 2008

Lambi-Nairn, the branding agency responsible for O2, Hotels.com and BBC2 promotions, to name a few, are responsible for the new branding on BBC News. For a cool £550.000, the agency has produced a new look which has caused little stir in the media apart from a half hearted attempt to criticise it for causing epileptic fits, unfounded apparently, the new design complies with guidelines and has passed tests for flashing images.

The BBC wanted to keep certain elements of their existing branding, including the logo, the font, the red and the use of the globe.

It’s easy to underestimate the amount of work involved in redesigning a logo, keeping certain characteristics does provide some boundaries for the logo designer but to actually create a fresh new logo design requires concentrated work and of course, imagination.
